Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from The Reset Shop. The Reset Shop is a trading name of Darby Technologies Ltd (company number 17391515), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 1 Martins Cottages, Church Lane, Bulphan, Upminster, England, RM14 3TS. Email: theresetshopuk@gmail.com.

1. Our products

We sell digital products: downloadable PDF files and spreadsheet templates. Nothing is posted to you. Product descriptions explain what each product includes and what you need to use it (for example, a free Google account for Google Sheets templates).

2. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the full price you pay. Your order is accepted when you receive your order confirmation. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

3. Delivery

Your files are available immediately after purchase on your order confirmation page and by email. If you don't receive them, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend them.

4. Cancellations and refunds

By completing your purchase, you agree to receive immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you download or access your files. Faulty or incorrectly described products will be fixed, replaced or refunded. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

5. Licence to use

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial use. You may print PDFs and make copies of spreadsheets for your own use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publish our files or spreadsheet links, or claim them as your own work. All content remains the property of Darby Technologies Ltd.

6. Not financial advice

Our products are budgeting tools and educational guides. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice and don't recommend any financial products. Calculations such as take-home pay are estimates based on published rates and may not match your circumstances exactly. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. If you need personal advice, speak to a qualified, regulated adviser.

7. Our responsibility

We take care to make sure our products work as described. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses caused by your use of our products for financial decisions. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you place it.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
