Is anything posted to me?
No. Everything in our shop is a digital download, so you get instant access straight after checkout. Your files are on the order confirmation page and in the email we send you.
I can't find my download
Check your inbox (and spam or promotions folder) for an email from The Reset Shop. You can also open the link on your order confirmation page. Still stuck? Email us at theresetshopuk@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Do I need Excel?
No. Our spreadsheets work in Google Sheets, which is free. Open the Start Here guide, tap the button, and choose "Make a copy". An Excel version is included too if you prefer.
It says I can't edit the spreadsheet
Make sure you've made your own copy first (tap the link in the Start Here guide and choose "Make a copy", or go to File → Make a copy). You also need to be signed in to a Google account with some free Drive space.
I broke something in my spreadsheet
No problem. Just open the link in your Start Here guide again and make a fresh copy.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The PDFs open on any phone, and the spreadsheet works in the Google Sheets app. It's easiest to set up on a computer or tablet the first time.
Can I print the PDFs?
Yes, as many times as you like for your own use. Choose "Fit to page" in your print settings so it works on A4 or US Letter paper. You can also use them on a tablet with apps like GoodNotes or Notability.
I'm not in the UK. Will it work for me?
Yes. Everything works in any currency. Only the UK Pay Calculator is UK-specific, and you can skip it and type your take-home pay in directly.
Is this financial advice?
No. Our products are budgeting tools and guides for education only. They don't recommend any financial products. If you're struggling with debt, free and confidential help is available from StepChange, National Debtline and Citizens Advice.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are instant digital downloads, you lose your right to cancel once you've accessed the files. If something isn't working, email us and we'll put it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I share or resell the files?
Please don't. Your purchase is for your own personal use. Sharing the files or spreadsheet link isn't allowed.
