Digital products

Everything sold by The Reset Shop is a digital product (downloadable files and spreadsheet templates). Nothing is posted to you.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once you have started downloading or accessing your files. At checkout we ask you to agree to receive immediate access and to acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once you access your files.

If you have not downloaded or accessed any of your files, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Email us with your order number.

If something is wrong

If a file is faulty, won't open, is missing, or isn't as described, please email us. We'll fix it or send you a replacement, and if we can't, we'll give you a refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Change of mind

Because digital files can't be returned once accessed, we can't offer refunds for a change of mind after you've downloaded or opened your products. If you're unsure whether a product is right for you, please check the description and FAQ, or email us before buying.
